How we handle the information you give us.

What we collect

  • Contact and hire-talent forms: name, company, email, phone, and the message you send.
  • Job applications and the temporary-work application: name, email, phone, resume, and the details you enter on the form.
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics): pages viewed, approximate location, and device/browser information.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, fill roles, run our staffing services, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.

If you apply for a job, we share relevant details with the employer for that role. Temporary applications are reviewed by the Metro Vancouver, Calgary, or Edmonton branch you select.

Text messaging (SMS)

We collect mobile numbers from candidates and clients who apply, register or book staff with us, online or in person, and use them to send text messages about jobs, shifts, interviews, timesheets and pay.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that only deliver messages on our behalf receive numbers solely to send them.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and to keep forms and the CRM working. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate and client records for as long as we need them to provide staffing services and meet legal and insurance requirements, then delete or archive them.
